As the chair of the Construction Law Group, Daniel represents local Chicago-based and nationally prominent owners/developers and some of the largest and well-known design and construction professionals in the country. He also serves as Acting General Counsel for construction industry clients. In addition to being an accomplished construction lawyer, Daniel has a related Policyholder/Insurance Coverage practice representing insureds in securing millions of dollars of coverage, and is a frequent presenter, author, and academic lecturer on construction law topics

Tracy practices in the areas of litigation and intellectual property. On the litigation side, she represents clients on a broad range of commercial cases including contract disputes, real estate disputes, consumer fraud claims, and Uniform Commercial Code Cases. On the intellectual property side, Tracy assists clients in the development and screening of trademarks.

As a member of the Corporate & Securities Group at the Firm, Tammy has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, fund formation, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters

David is a member of the Litigation Group, and he represents non-profits, tax-exempt organizations, social enterprises, and other businesses in dispute resolution matters. In addition, David specializes in providing not-for-profit and tax-exempt organization clients with transactional and risk management counseling. David is also skilled in litigation matters involving complex statutory and regulatory schemes, and he has significant experience litigation bankruptcy disputes.
