Natalie represents clients in high-stakes commercial and governmental disputes across industries such as automotive, technology, health care, and financial services. She has handled all stages of litigation and arbitration, including dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate briefing, and has successfully argued in both state and federal court. Natalie also advises clients on legal risk management and business practices.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University.

Will focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and venture capital transactions. He has significant experience representing both buyers and sellers in middle-market strategic and financial acquisitions, as well as advising borrowers in commercial loan transactions, particularly for acquisition financing. Will represents private equity funds, family offices, venture capital investors, and operating businesses across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, insurance, and consumer lending.

Will earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the Chicago Journal of International Law. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
