Laurie focuses her practice on real estate and corporate transactions, including secured lending. She represents financial institutions, private equity firms, developers, and business owners, and leads the Firm’s corporate finance practice. Her experience includes real estate and asset-based financing, construction lending, loan workouts, leasing matters, and advising private equity investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and other complex investments.

Scott has long been a trusted advisor to clients on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, with extensive experience leading complex acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up development and leasing transactions, as well as real estate joint ventures. Scott is nationally recognized for his work in the restaurant, hospitality, and leisure sectors, where he advises developers, hospitality groups, investors, and landlords on transactions that require seamless coordination among real estate, operational, and financial considerations. Scott also maintains a broad-based corporate practice, which includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, securities matters and general corporate counseling.
Together, Laurie and Scott bring deep experience, strong client relationships, and a collaborative leadership approach that will ensure continuity and continued growth of the Real Estate Group.
