Anna R. Boshardy
Anna R. Boshardy is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. Anna represents clients in commercial matters before federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. Representative matters include disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, SEC investigations, shareholder class actions, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Anna was a litigation associate in the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins LLP, and later the Chicago office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Before attending law school, Anna worked in digital marketing for an e-commerce company in San Francisco, California.
In 2024, Anna was named to the list of Illinois Rising Stars, a list published by Super Lawyers. Rising Stars uses a patented multiphase selection process which includes peer nominations and evaluations combined with third-party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorneys who have been selected to the list of Illinois Rising Stars make up 2.5 percent of lawyers in Illinois who have been in practice for less than ten years. These selections are made on an annual basis.
