Fox Swibel is pleased to announce that James (“JP”) Minogue has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Chambers-ranked Construction Law Group.

JP’s national practice includes litigation and arbitration of a wide range of complex construction claims arising out of design and construction defects, project delays and inefficiencies, out-of-scope work and other payment disputes, and mechanics liens. He has represented some of the world’s largest and most recognizable construction and design firms and has litigated disputes involving claims in excess of $500 million. In addition to his complex claims work, JP provides a full range of transactional services, advising clients on contract preparation and negotiation at the outset of a project, as well as drafting and negotiating interim agreements, change orders, and other key project documents during construction.
