Anthony concentrates his practice on bankruptcy law and civil litigation, representing clients in the insurance and financial services industries. He has extensive experience providing counsel on Chapter 11, 12, and 13 reorganization plans, developing effective recovery strategies, and handling complex bankruptcy motions and proceedings. His courtroom experience includes arguing motions for relief and objections to plan confirmations. Prior to joining Fox Swibel, Anthony served as a bankruptcy attorney at three Chicago law firms, managing significant caseloads—at one point overseeing more than 1,000 active bankruptcy cases. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, where he acted as counsel on civil rights and disability claims and developed a strong record of success in motion practice and depositions.
Anthony earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
