Xiang Siow

Xiang Siow is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Real Estate and Chambers-ranked Energy Law Groups. Xiang currently represents clients in the siting, acquisition, financing, and development of renewable energy projects, with a focus on land acquisition, leasing and title and survey matters. Xiang also has significant experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage lending, leasing, New Markets Tax Credit transactions, and structuring, closing, and securitizing loans for lenders and borrowers.
