Tom Buranosky

Tom Buranosky is a capital partner in the Real Estate and Banking & Corporate Finance Groups.

Tom’s real estate practice is focused on on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate across the country. His transactional experience covers all types of real estate, including downtown office towers, multi-family residential properties, industrial complexes, hotels and retail sites. Tom has represented clients in real estate deals across the country.

His lending practice includes, in addition to mortgage and construction lending, the drafting, negotiation and closing of asset-based, equipment and capital call credit facilities. His lender and borrower representations include structuring, closing, securitizing and defending loans. He has also assisted banks and regulatory agencies in resolving nonperforming loans and with complex workouts.

Tom’s clients include banks and financial institutions, real estate investment firms, investors and developers, insurance companies and a wide range of entities with real estate and financing needs.
