Sonja Keith

Sonja Keith is Of Counsel in the firm’s Trademark and Intellectual Property Group. She has over thirty years of experience in trademark prosecution, brand development, and intellectual property strategy, including in-house counsel roles and law firm practice. Sonja also assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, specifically in the entertainment field. She is admitted in New York state, the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Sonja began her IP career at Temko & Temko, a boutique IP law firm, and later spent fifteen years as IP Counsel to Classic Media/DreamWorks Animation, where she oversaw a globally recognized portfolio of entertainment properties. Since 2016, she has advised start-ups, artists, and corporations on trademark filings, branding strategy, and IP litigation under her own practice.
