Siobhán is a partner in the Firm’s Chambers-ranked Energy Law and Real Estate Groups.  Siobhán is a renewable energy transactional attorney whose practice focuses on advising developers, landowners, investors, and renewable energy companies on all aspects of project development and real estate relating to utility-scale and distributed energy projects, including solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and related infrastructure.  She also advises on all aspects project finance matters.

Her work includes representing clients in all real estate and development matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, acquiring land rights, providing counsel on retrofitting with renewables, as well as comprehensive curative title work, with a particular focus on mineral rights to ensure successful time-sensitive debt and tax equity closings.

Prior to joining Fox Swibel, Siobhán served in senior in-house roles at leading renewable energy companies, where she acted as legal counsel to development, finance, and executive teams. Prior to her in-house roles, Siobhán was part of the Real Estate and Construction Department of an international law firm.

She has experience supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, from early-stage real estate and development through financing, construction, and commercial operations. This experience enables her to provide tailored advice that reflects how legal, financial, and operational obligations evolve and interconnect at different stages of a project’s lifecycle.

She is known for a practical, business-oriented approach and her ability to manage complex projects and coordinate stakeholder groups efficiently to advance transactions.
