Madelyn P. Peterson
Madelyn Peterson is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. She represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including breach of contract, fiduciary duties, trade secrets, defamation, commercial torts, and employment disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, Madelyn also acts as outside general counsel for several clients, regularly offering representation and advice on various commercial, contracting, and employment-related issues. Throughout her career, Madelyn has represented and counseled a diverse range of clients spanning a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Fox Swibel, Madelyn was an associate at a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida. Madelyn earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and received her bachelors in business administration from the University of Miami where she majored in finance and business management. She has held various internships in commercial real estate, construction, and private equity.
