Lisa Rispoli

Lisa Rispoli is a Partner in the firm’s Chambers-ranked Construction Law Group. Lisa advises clients on complex construction and commercial transactions, including contract negotiation and project risk management. Having spent much of her career in-house, she has served as a trusted advisor to privately held companies, publicly traded corporations, and Fortune 500 organizations across a broad range of industries, helping businesses navigate large-scale construction projects, enterprise contracting initiatives, and strategic commercial matters. Drawing on her extensive in-house experience, Lisa also provides fractional in-house counsel support, offering practical, business-focused guidance and proactive risk management strategies.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lisa supported leading public and private companies, including Johnson Controls, where she managed a business portfolio exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue and negotiated complex construction, technology integration, and commercial agreements. She developed contracting efficiencies, trained business teams on risk mitigation strategies, and advised on healthcare cooperative purchasing, state-led cooperative procurement programs, and federal contracting and compliance matters.

Lisa also supported a leading specialty vehicle manufacturer, advising on construction and capital improvement projects ranging from facility retrofits to new manufacturing facilities, while negotiating commercial agreements across supply chain, procurement, distribution, and sales operations. She developed scalable legal processes and contracting frameworks that supported the company’s transition from private equity ownership through its acquisition by a publicly traded industrial equipment manufacturer. Earlier in her career, Lisa represented F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen, a national general contractor, where she negotiated construction agreements and advised on regulatory compliance, risk management, and construction-related disputes.
