Lisa Rispoli

Lisa Rispoli is a Partner in the firm’s Chambers-ranked Construction Law Group. Lisa is a construction lawyer with significant transactional experience. She advises clients on the negotiation and administration of complex construction and supply agreements, risk management strategies, and the resolution of construction disputes. She has spent her career in-house, supporting private and publicly traded companies on major construction projects, sophisticated contracting initiatives, and high-value commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lisa served as Commercial Counsel with REV Group, where she negotiated and drafted a wide range of commercial agreements and advised business leaders on construction projects, contractor negotiations, and enterprise-wide contracting initiatives. Before that, Lisa was Group Counsel, Commercial Transactions, with Johnson Controls, where she reviewed, drafted, and negotiated complex construction, technology integration, and commercial agreements and counseled business teams on contractual risk, compliance, and dispute resolution matters. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as In-House Counsel with F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen, representing a national general contractor in the negotiation of construction agreements and the management of construction-related disputes and litigation.
