Grant T. Rougas
Associate
Grant Rougas is an associate in the Firms Construction Law Group. Grant’s experience includes litigating complex performance and payment bond claims; breach of contract claims; construction and design defects; mechanics liens; and payment disputes.
He graduated from the University of Illinois – Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. As a law student, he served as a Student Attorney at the Fair Housing Legal Support Center & Clinic, providing critical counsel to disenfranchised individuals and advocating for their rights in cases involving discriminatory housing practices.
Before his legal career, Grant was a project manager for three years for a construction company that specializes in structural steel.
