Don Colleton is counsel to the Firm practicing in the areas of corporate, trade association, intellectual property, commodity market development and managed health care law and litigation. Don’s work with the beef, pork and egg industries, confection manufacturers and other corporate clientele has included complex contracting, IP licensing, trademark registration, trade association structuring and governance, advertising clearance, leasing and employment counseling. He held lead responsibility for negotiating and documenting the sale of businesses and the investment of capital in new ventures. Don also has extensive experience in discovery practice, federal and state trial, and appellate court writing.

Before his law career, Don served in the Domestic Peace Corps.
