David’s practice focuses on labor and employment matters, as well as complex litigation. His experience includes litigating cases involving the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, BIPA, and various other state and federal statutes. He has experience drafting dispositive motions, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, managing investigations, and advising clients on compliance with employment laws.
David graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. In addition, David held two federal appellate clerkships: first with the Honorable A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and subsequently with the Honorable Raymond W. Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He joins Fox Swibel from Mayer Brown LLP.
