Martin Carroll Selected as Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America
Fox Swibel is pleased to announce that Martin B. Carroll has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is a peer-selected, trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. In addition, the LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism and ethical standards among its Fellows.
As a founding partner of Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll, LLP, Martin serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner and chairs the Litigation Group. He has extensive courtroom experience in complex commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, banking, fraud and trade secrets. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Illinois, his M.A. from The London School of Economics and his J.D. from the University of Michigan, cum laude.
