Tom Buranosky is a capital partner in the Real Estate and Banking & Corporate Finance Groups. Tom focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage lending and leasing matters for a variety of clients including financial institutions, developers, corporations and real estate investors. His transactional experience ranges from downtown office towers to resort golf courses across the country.
Tom’s corporate client representations include handling nationwide office, industrial and retail property leasing matters. His lender and borrower representations include structuring, closing, securitizing and defending loans. He has also assisted banks and regulatory agencies in resolving nonperforming loans and with complex workouts.
Tom has been rated AV® Preeminent by his professional peers through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating system. This is a testament from peer legal professionals of the highest level of professional excellence and of unquestionable ethics.
