Michael advises trade associations on regulatory matters and supports energy companies with strategies, transactions, and operations in the regulated energy space. Specializing in the solar industry and retail energy, he helps clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks, develop strategic partnerships, manage asset transactions, and ensure compliance. His work spans transmission to energy end-users, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver results.
