Jean Wine is a Capital Partner in the Firm’s Chambers-ranked Construction Law Group.  Jean has also been individually named among the leading construction law attorneys in Illinois by Chambers USA.  Jean’s practice includes both litigation and arbitration of a wide variety of construction disputes, as well as assisting clients in drafting and negotiating contracts and assessing the risk profiles of potential projects.  Jean has experience in state and federal courts around the country, as well as substantial experience managing insurance coverage issues that arise out of her litigated matters.  Jean is also the President of the Chicago Chapter of Professional Women in Construction.

As a member of the Corporate & Securities Group as well as the Real Estate Group, Scott maintains a broad-based transactional practice at the firm where he focuses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities matters, general corporate representations, and commercial real estate transactions.  Scott has exceptionally strong expertise in the area of restaurant representations where he frequently partners with restauranteurs, restaurant company owners, developers, celebrity chefs and virtually every other type of stakeholder in the industry on both corporate and real estate matters.

​Steven is a member of the Litigation Group and represents clients in a broad range of business litigation matters.  His experience includes prosecuting and defending breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud claims, claims stemming from privately held business and real estate disputes, consumer class actions, and false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret claims.   While experienced with taking cases to trial and final arbitration hearings, Steven also works closely with his clients to identify alternative and efficient business solutions through mediated outcomes.  Steven has been recognized annually since 2017 as a “Rising Star” in the area of Business Litigation, a distinction that is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys in Illinois.  A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Steven now resides in Glenview, Illinois with his wife and two young children.
