Fox Swibel is pleased to announce the addition of Anna Boshardy and Leslie Schafer de Ochoa. Anna is an associate in the Litigation Group, and Leslie is a partner in the Banking & Corporate Finance Group.
Anna Boshardy
Anna has worked on a wide range of commercial litigation matters representing clients in arbitrations and lawsuits in state and federal courts.

She received her undergrad with honors from the University of Chicago and her law degree from Duke University and joins Fox Swibel from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Leslie Schafer de Ochoa
Leslie has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, working with private equity, middle market, global family office and wealth management clients and financial institutions. She has significant corporate transactional expertise, with an emphasis on managing financing transactions and preparing and negotiating loan documentation, and also has a substantial background in loan regulatory issues.

A graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington, Leslie spent 10 years in private practice at Jones Day before joining GE Capital and then The Northern Trust Company as in-house counsel.
