Fox Swibel Welcomes Two New Associates

Fox Swibel is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth Haynes and Richard S. Wilson.  Elizabeth is an associate in the Corporate & Securities and Tax Groups, and Richard is an associate in the Construction Law Group.

Elizabeth Haynes

Elizabeth focuses her practice in M&A and general corporate matters as well as in fund formation, private equity and tax matters.  Her work includes helping clients in structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements in primary, secondary, and co-investment transactions.  She also has done pro bono work to assist in forming § 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and joins Fox Swibel from Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

Richard S. Wilson

Richard has extensive experience litigating complex claims arising out of the design and construction of large commercial projects, including claims involving design and construction defect, construction delay, and complex mechanic’s liens and payment claims.  As a compliment to his construction background, Richard has experience handling significant disputes involving insurance coverage.

Richard joins us from Stein Ray LLP.  He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015.
