Fox Swibel is pleased to announce that Kenneth M. Thomas has joined the firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.

Ken has a wide range of experience in restructuring and creditors’ rights and representing clients in commercial and bankruptcy related litigation matters. Ken is very active in the community, and prior to joining the firm, he ran for the Illinois State Senate. Most recently, he was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Ken received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and his Bachelor’s in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
