Fox Swibel is pleased to announce that Jennifer L. Sucher has joined the firm as a partner in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group.

Jennifer’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor’s rights and secured lending and leasing transactions. She has advised clients on a wide variety of issues involving healthcare finance, franchise finance, commercial real estate and other types of cash flow and asset-based lending. She is skilled at providing creative, practical and process-oriented solutions while managing litigation and mitigating operational, regulatory and legal risks. In addition to her recent experience as a partner at Quarles & Brady, LLP in Chicago, she spent 19 years working in-house as Executive Counsel at GE Capital and as the Legal Operational Risk Manager at Heller Financial.
Jennifer received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She also holds a Mediation Skills Training Certificate from Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.
