Fox Swibel is pleased to announce the addition of David J. Ogles and Sean M. Snider.  David is an associate in the Litigation Group, and Sean is an associate in the Corporate & Securities Group.

2019 has been a year of tremendous growth for Fox Swibel for which we are truly grateful. Adding two outstanding lawyers like David and Sean allows us to better serve our clients’ ever increasing need for legal services to help grow and protect their business.  The fact that we have been able to recruit such talented lawyers to our growing team is a testament to what we are building here at Fox Swibel.

David J. Ogles

David serves non-profits, social enterprises, and business clients in a variety of sectors in complex litigation matters nationwide.  David regularly represents businesses in commercial matters with an intricate interplay between contracts and statutory schemes, including those involving charitable solicitations, bankruptcy, partnership and LLC agreements, stock and asset purchases, insurance, intellectual property, procurement, franchises, automobile dealerships, and sales commissions.  He also assists clients with transactional and risk management counseling.  David graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with high honors and joins Fox Swibel from Freeborn & Peters LLP after beginning his career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Sean M. Snider

Sean represents clients in private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other private equity investments, regularly advises clients on a variety of general corporate matters, drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide range of legal and transactional documents, and also assists clients with employment-related matters.  Sean graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School. During law school, Sean also completed Officer Candidate training at the United States Marine Corps’ Officer Candidates School (OCS) at Quantico, Virginia.  Sean joins Fox Swibel from McDermott Will & Emery.  Prior to practicing law, Sean was a financial analyst intern at a Fortune 500 global diesel and natural gas technologies company.
