Fox Swibel is pleased to announce that top rated construction litigation attorney Jean Gallo Wine has joined its Construction Law Practice Group as a lateral partner.  Jean’s extensive construction law experience and expertise enhances Fox Swibel’s highly regarded Construction Law Practice which has experienced significant growth in the last couple of years.

Jean is a Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Leading Lawyers Emerging Lawyer in Construction Law and Commercial Litigation.  She advises and represents clients in nationwide construction litigation and arbitration and in transactional matters and assesses the risks of potential projects for clients.  Jean litigates claims involving a wide variety projects, including hotels, high-rise condominium and apartment buildings, process facilities, railways, and roadways. She also manages insurance coverage issues and has successfully obtained coverage for her clients.

Jean received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005 with high honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Jean is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
