David Morris has been appointed an Adjunct Professor in the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He will be sharing his practical experience as chair of Fox Swibel’s Corporate & Securities Group and as outside general counsel to start-up and emerging growth companies in a wide variety of industries. David has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, fund formation, corporate finance, and investment management. As one of the owners of Fox Swibel, David is uniquely qualified to educate students on how to approach legal matters with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as prepare them to effectively represent emerging companies.
